My bio
As a physical therapist at University of Florida Health, I aim to help patients regain control of their pain, restore independence and return to the activities most meaningful to them. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, so each patient feels heard, supported and actively involved in creating a plan that reflects their individual goals.
My interest in physical therapy began through my experiences as a collegiate athlete and helping to care for my grandmother. These experiences showed me the importance of movement, independence, and compassionate care. I was drawn to orthopaedic physical therapy because it lets me combine my passion for exercise and education with building meaningful relationships and helping patients return to their favorite activities.
Professionally, I hope to advance evidence-based orthopaedic and pain care while contributing through patient education, mentorship and teaching.
Outside of physical therapy, I enjoy staying active with strength training and outdoor activities. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
