My bio
As a UF Health physical therapist, I was inspired to join this field by the opportunity to empower patients through exercise. I believe in the power of movement and education to help patients return to the activities they want to do. I worked as a personal trainer for four years and enjoyed helping clients move their bodies and regain their independence.
I strive to improve my patients’ well-being by restoring range of motion, improving strength, reducing pain and helping them return to the activities they enjoy. I want my patients to feel confident in their ability to complete daily tasks without fear of pain or disability. I believe collaboration is key to finding each patient’s individual path to recovery, and I work with my patients to develop the best pathway forward for their needs.
In my free time, I enjoy reading to learn and explore new worlds, gardening and playing with my cats.
