My bio

I’ve always been passionate about working with infants and young children. Before joining UF Health as a pediatric occupational therapist, I held various childcare positions where I helped children with autism and developmental differences. Through those experiences, I discovered how meaningful it is to support children and empower families during the important stages of their growth and development. Occupational therapy allows me to combine my love for working with children with my desire to help them gain confidence, independence and joy in their everyday lives.

My goal is to help my patients develop the skills they need to participate fully in the activities that are most meaningful to them and their families. I strive to help each child meet their goals and to provide families with the tools they need to support their child’s development both in therapy and at home.

I believe every child learns differently, and I love to make therapy fun, encouraging, personalized and supportive for all my patients. I want families to feel heard, valued and confident that we are working together as a team to help their child succeed.

In my free time, I love to travel and experience different cultures. My favorite memory from traveling is holding spider monkeys in Punta Cana. I love going to concerts and amusement parks, especially Universal Studios and Disney World. I love going to the cinema, and I go at least once a week. There’s nothing like enjoying a good movie with some popcorn. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
