Tatiana Elizee, DNP, APRN FNP-C : Bio and credentials

Hello, my name is Tatiana Elizee, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner at UF Health Family Medicine – Springhill specializing in family practice . This field allows me to address a wide range of medical conditions while providing personalized, lifelong care to my patients. I am particularly passionate about taking a proactive approach to healthcare, promoting wellness, and empowering patients to maintain their health.

As a nurse practitioner, my goal is to continue learning and challenging myself to provide the best possible care for my patients. I am always looking for ways to improve and grow in my practice. I am passionate about making positive changes in my patients' lives and believe in the importance of preventive care. I am committed to working with my patients to help them maintain and improve their health.

I was inspired to go into medicine by my desire to help those in need. I chose family practice because it is broad and allows me to treat a variety of medical conditions, keeping me engaged and constantly learning.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of South Florida.

One accomplishment I’m especially proud of is implementing a colorectal cancer screening protocol at a rural health clinic for my DNP project at the University of South Florida. This project allowed me to contribute to better health outcomes in underserved communities. My clinical interests are rooted in preventive medicine. I believe that taking steps to prevent illness before it starts is key to living a long and healthy life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, listening to music, and going for walks. These activities help me maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, which I encourage my patients to do as well.
