“ Dr. Luk was covering for Dr. [last name] who did my umbilical surgery. She did answer a couple of my questions, but when I asked her about the size of the mesh her answer was very short not offering an example. After her response, I had several other questions, but did not ask them. I felt like she did not have my best interest, just wanted to complete my exam and move on to her next appointment. ”
