Healthy sleep is central to overall good health, yet many of us take it for granted. Sleep disorders can affect overall health, and some may be life-threatening. In addition to daytime sleepiness and fatigue, some disorders may cause hypertension, heart disease and stroke. Learn how much sleep you need, why sleep is important and how to recognize problems. Even if you don’t have a sleep disorder, it is important to develop healthy sleep habits.
Dr. Scott Ryals, UF Health Sleep Center, will discuss how to get your best sleep and answer questions at this seminar. Advanced registration is requested. Please call 352.733.0000 if you have questions.

People can suffer from allergies to pollen, mold and mildew, insects, dust mites, animals and food. We can help you lessen the symptoms of most allergic reactions.
