Can You Change Your Destiny? Women's Advantage Seminar (second seminar)

Learn what you can do to lose weight, get stonger and live longer. Robert Fields, M.D. and Mike Wasik, MED, ATC/L, LMT, CSCS will discuss ways to lose those holiday pounds, strengthen and tone your muscles and live the life you want to.

After a short presentation there will be an opportunity to ask questions and so you can get started on your New Year's resolution. Dr. Fields is a Family Medicine Physician who practices at Family Medicine at Main and Mike Wasik is the Director of the Shands Fitness and Wellness Center.

We will provide a salad and drink for lunch and there is free valet parking or free parking in the parking garage. Please RSVP for this event in the boxes at the left.
