ChayaYoga

ChayaYoga is a hatha yoga class that offers learners the opportunity to:

Understand Ayurvedic principles at work in yoga postures Develop a practice tailored to individual need based on Ayurvedic constitutional type Integrate the didactic and explanatory components of the ChayaVeda Transformative Wellness Program into a personalized yoga routine

This class is appropriate for all levels. No experience required.
