Description

Each month, UF assistant professor of surgery, Georgios Rossidis, M.D., hosts a free event open the public to discuss the problem of obesity, treatments for severe obesity and the outcomes of surgical treatment. All potential patients must complete a seminar prior to their first consultation with a UF bariatric surgeon. Event details are listed below. Please call 352.265.4226 to register.

You may also view our online seminar before scheduling an appointment. This video (which may take a minute to load) is presented by Kfir Ben-David, M.D., UF director of bariatric surgery and Angel Caban, M.D., UF assistant professor of surgery. Please be sure to watch the entire program and print the certificate at the end of the video. You must fax the certificate to us at 352.733.4173 before scheduling an appointment. Please also print and complete the new patient forms and bring them to your first appointment.
