Dance De-Stress Away

Shands Arts in Medicine invites UF & Shands staff to dance away workday stress with Dance De-Stress Away. This free JoyMo dance workout uses the joy of rhythmic motion to release tension and boost energy and spirits. Each week we flex physical, mental and, imaginative muscles to create a new dance.
