De-Stress with Breath & Re-New with Gratitude
This workshop uses breathing practices, guided imagery and meditative awareness to discover self-care tools to stimulate and strengthen your natural capacity for happiness and ease.
In this workshop you will explore:
- Breathing techniques to stimulate the body’s relaxation response
- The neural basis for positive states of minds
- The practice of self-directed neuroplasticity to increase happiness
- Somatic awareness as a tool for harmonizing the mind-body relationship
