Qigong for Wellbeing
This is a weekly qigong class for people with health conditions and hospital guests. Tai Chi is a traditional system of codified movement widely practiced for self-defense as well as for physical, mental, and spiritual health. Qigong is a related discipline that combines mental focus with the use of slow and gentle physical movements and breathing.
Classes are free and there is no need to register. Please talk with the instructor on your first day to discuss your health considerations prior to starting class.
