UF Health Contact Center Open House - Customer Service Week

To celebrate Customer Service Week 2016, the UF Health Contact Center invites you to attend an Open House. Meet the people who take your calls and handle your requests; experience the behind-the-scene operation! Refreshments will be served.

The Contact Center is the voice you hear when you dial the main UF Health phone number, O for operator, and special lines for medical codes and alerts. They process emergency alerts and organ donor procurement requests, and they provide after-hours answering service for the UF Health clinics and other departments.

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on the frontline daily. In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event in the United States. This year it will be celebrated during the week of October 3-7 with the theme, Service Champions.
