Description

Optimism. Determination. Faith. These are words to live by if you are battling cancer. As the second leading cause of death nationally, cancer seems to know no bounds. At the UF Health Cancer Center, more than 250 researchers and clinicians conduct research for the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Their work adds one more powerful word to a cancer patient’s vocabulary—Hope.

Come hear Leslie, Pettiford, R.N. from the UF Health Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office discuss how clinical trials work and answer your questions. Refreshments will be served. Registration is required. Please call 352.733.0000 if you have questions.
