If you are interested in hearing about pancreatic cancer, this speaker will be giving the same presentation down in The Villages on November 20th. Click here to learn more about the Nov. 20th event. Please note it is about one hour and fifteen minutes drive to The Villages.
Pancreatic cancer can be difficult to find early. The pancreas is deep inside the body, so small tumors can’t be felt by health care providers during routine physical exams. Patients usually have few symptoms until the cancer has already spread to other organs.
At UF Health, the GI Cancer Center brings together numerous researchers and clinicians dedicated to helping patients with pancreatic cancer. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists meets to carefully review each patient’s case and to develop the best treatment plan possible. Learn more at this free luncheon seminar.
The speaker will be Jose Trevino, M.D. who is a member of UF Health Surgical Specialists
Free parking at the hotel. Registration is required register at the left or call 352.733.0000.
