Allergies are the immune system’s overreaction to the environment. Most common is hay fever, or allergic rhinitis, which causes congestion, runny noses and watery eyes. Responses to allergens may include hives, swelling, cramps, nausea, fainting or dizziness. People can suffer from allergies to pollen, mold and mildew, insects, dust mites, animals and food. It’s not unusual to have multiple allergies.
UF Health offers multiple treatment options for patients suffering from allergies. In addition to a wide range of tests and procedures, we can help you lessen the symptoms of most allergic reactions. Learn more about allergies and allergy testing at this free luncheon.
Lunch will be provided and registration is required.
There is FREE parking in the East Visitors Garage across the street or with the valet at the front entrance for this seminar. Please note the parking lot near the hospital will be closed for construction. Please click here for more information and detailed maps.
