Yoga and Diabetes

Presented by Dr. H. R. Nagendra Dr. Nagendra has his PHD in Mechanical Engineering from IISc, Bangalore and worked for NASA in early 70s. He later returned to India where he founded Vivekananda YOGA Anusandhana Samsthana (s-VYASA.org) in 80s with a 150 Bed Hospital called Arogyadhama, a one of its kind holistic health home. With the help of his sister Dr. Nagarathna, theydeveloped yoga therapy for many common ailments using scientific research. Dr HR Nagendra, fondly known as Guruji, has standardized many advanced yoga techniques as CM (Cyclic Meditation), PET (Pranic Energization Technique), MSRT (Mind Sound Resonance Technique) and more.
