Kathy Ross, RD, LDN
Kathy Graduated from Florida International University in Miami where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. She worked for a large national chain training and managing the establishment of new locations, later sharing her expertise in nutrition with UF/State of Florida WIC program, a supplemental nutrition initiative. Kathy is no stranger to creating a new path where there was none before so when she joined the GSD team in 2010 she created educational resources that make the restrictive diets of GSD more palatable and micronutrient savy. She says that it is a pleasure to meet and work with the dedicated families who are living with Glycogen Storage Disease.
