My name is Jeffrey Plasschaert, and I'm an exercise physiologist at UF Health. Armed with a master of science in exercise and sport science from the prestigious University of Florida, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals optimize their physical well-being.
As a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a certified special population specialist (CSPS), I possess the expertise to tailor exercise programs to meet the unique needs of diverse populations. My specialization in exercise physiology is in cardiac rehabilitation, which has been particularly fulfilling.
