In the fall of 2026, UF Health will open UF Health Durbin Park Hospital, a transformative new health care destination in St. Johns County, Florida. Rising five stories and spanning approximately 220,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art hospital will feature 99 inpatient beds designed for comfort, innovation and exceptional outcomes. In addition, UF Health Durbin Park Hospital will feature a 24-hour Emergency Department.
Built to serve a growing community, UF Health Durbin Park Hospital brings advanced medicine, leading specialists and trusted UF Health expertise closer to where you live and work — so world-class care is never far away. Also conveniently located on the UF Health Durbin Park campus is a medical office building, featuring medical specialty services.

This state-of-the-art, three-story, 72,000-square-foot facility is designed to bring comprehensive, high-quality specialty care together under one roof — right in the heart of the Durbin Park community in northeast St. Johns County.
