Our inpatient rehabilitation unit has:
A state-of-the art therapy gym
Communal dining hall
Activities of daily living suite
Advanced physical and occupational therapy services
Speech-language pathologists
Social service workers
Case managers
In addition, we have highly trained experts onsite for instant assistance with cardiac arrest, acute stroke and critical analysis.
Specialty medical services. These include endocrinology, diagnostic imaging, labs and pharmacies.
The care you deserve
We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. This is the highest accreditation awarded to a rehabilitation facility.
Patient eligibility and responsibilities
Our patients must be referred for admission.
Case managers, primary care physicians, and specialists may refer you. Referred patients are screened to determine if they are eligible. We will contact your referrer to let them know if you are accepted. If you are not, we will share the reasons you were denied with your referrer.
Inpatients must:
Be age 18 or older
Meet medical necessity at the time of admission
Need active, ongoing intervention involving multiple therapies. This must include either physical or occupational therapy.
Need an intensive and coordinated interdisciplinary team approach.
Be expected to participate and significantly benefit from their therapy program.
Be medically stable.
Be able to respond to verbal and/or visual stimuli.
Demonstrate sufficient mental alertness to participate in the program.
Not be dependent on a ventilator
What does the therapy program usually include?
Seven consecutive days of therapy, starting on the admission date
3 hours of therapy per day, at least 5 days per week. Ample rest between therapy sessions are provided.
Visits from your physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, 5-7 days.
Nursing staff care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Therapy hours
Therapy hours are approximately between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.
There are no set visiting hours. We encourage family members to be involved in your recovery program. Family members or supportive associates can request to stay overnight.

Medicare managed care and commercial insurances
Medicare and Medicaid
All Medicare managed care and commercial insurances require limited pre-authorization. Pre-authorization is required before admission.
Worker’s compensation insurance and self-pay.
Some insurance companies require co-payments. If a co-payment is required, we will let you know before admission.
