Our fleet serves diverse community needs, from routine checkups and screenings to specialized care, with a mission to break barriers to health care.

UF Health Mobile Outreach Clinic

The UF Mobile Outreach Clinic (MOC) has been a cornerstone of health in North Central Florida since 2010, delivering free, high-quality medical care and service coordination. By operating a retrofitted bus that brings healthcare directly into neighborhoods, MOC eliminates traditional barriers to care, such as transportation and distance to medical facilities. The clinic’s work prioritizes low-barrier, community-centered access, focusing on improving the health of the community.

UF Health Mobile Cancer Screening Connector

The UF Health Mobile Cancer Screening Connector is a state-of-the-art vehicle that offers free or low-cost cancer screenings to rural and underserved communities. Equipped to screen for breast, cervical, colorectal, prostate, and skin cancers, the vehicle aims to detect cancer early, when treatment is most effective. By traveling directly to communities in need, the connector reduces disparities in cancer care and brings life-saving screenings to the doorstep of Floridians.

UF Health OB/GYN Mobile Outreach

The UF Health OB/GYN Mobile Outreach program brings critical maternal and reproductive healthcare services to rural and underserved areas. From prenatal and postpartum care to breastfeeding support, family planning, and annual exams, the program prioritizes accessible, high-quality gynecologic and maternal care regardless of insurance status. This mobile program works to reduce barriers and improve health outcomes for people in Alachua County and neighboring areas.

Mobile Dental Outreach Program at Arc of Alachua County

The Mobile Dental Outreach Program at Arc of Alachua County delivers dental care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Alachua County. Through partnerships with local organizations, the mobile dental program offers exams, cleanings, extractions, and preventive services to patients who often face significant challenges in accessing care. This program exemplifies UF’s commitment to promoting oral health equity and ensuring every patient receives the compassionate care they deserve.

Mobile Food Pharmacy

UF Health is proud to be a sponsor of the Pleasant Street Civil Rights & Cultural Arts Center Mobile Food Pharmacy. The Mobile Food Pharmacy promotes the power of food as medicine, working to address food insecurity and promote healthy living by providing free, nutritious food to individuals in need across Gainesville and surrounding areas. This innovative program partners with local organizations to distribute fresh foods, pantry staples, and nutrition education directly to underserved communities. The mobile unit is also designed to connect participants with health screenings, chronic disease management resources, and other support services. By integrating food access with health care, the Mobile Food Pharmacy aims to improve overall well-being and reduce health disparities in vulnerable populations.
