    Your patient is seen by a nephrologist who specializes in the care of patients with heart failure or heart transplant, along with a cardiologist. Patients with refractory heart failure and more advanced renal dysfunction will be handled through a coordinated care and will receive advanced therapies.

    Patients with complex urologic problems are seen jointly by a urologist and nephrologist.

    Your patient is seen by a nephrologist with special interest and expertise in taking care of pregnant patients. We provide pre-natal and antenatal counseling for women with CKD and hypertension, closely monitor renal function and proteinuria, optimize medical management and immunosuppressive therapy for those with glomerulonephritis. This provides an opportunity for early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of kidney-associated complications in pregnancy, thereby improving outcomes both for the mother and the baby.

    Multiple members of a family affected by Fabry’s can be seen by multiple specialties, including nephrology, in one visit.

    A PKD patient is seen by a nephrologist who specializes in their care optimizing their treatment.
  • Primary aldosteronism clinic
    Patients are seen by a nephrologist specializing in primary aldosteronism and skilled at determining the optimal treatment.
  • GN clinic
    Nephrologists with a long experience in a variety of GN’s will determine the optimal treatment for your patient after presentation to a GN Board.
  • Acute kidney injury clinic
    Patients who had acute kidney injury during hospitalization or in the community are provided follow up care by a nephrologist. Acute kidney injury is a risk factor for further deterioration in kidney function. The goal of this clinic is to address all risk factors, so that it could prevent or slow the deterioration of kidney function.
