Benn named editor of radiology journal

University of Florida College of Dentistry Professor Douglas Benn, B.D.S., Ph.D., has been named editor of the international radiology journal Dentomaxillofacial Radiology.

The journal serves professors and clinicians studying radiology of the head and neck, and reports on investigations involving projection radiography, tomography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and other imaging techniques. Benn, a professor in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, previously served as associate editor for two years. The editor’s position is a six-year appointment.

The publication is the journal of the International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology. The journal is published by Nature Publishing Group and is available online at www.nature.com/dmfr.
