UF veterinary college of host annual open house in Gainesville April 20, 2001

The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine’s annual open house, scheduled for April 20, 2002, will again offer the public a close look at special programs of the college.

The event will take place at the college, located on Southwest 16th Avenue in Gainesville, and will feature demonstrations and educational exhibits. Attendees should be able to view an ultrasound demonstration on a pregnant mare along with search-and-rescue dog exercises and other activities. A complete timetable of events will be available in the coming months.

The event is free and open to the public. For the safety of all, visitors are asked to leave personal pets at home.
