Gibbs receives inSCOPE award

C. Parker Gibbs, M.D., an associate professor in the department of orthopaedics and rehabilitation, was awarded a Pfizer Inc. inSCOPE (Innovative Scientific Centers of Orthopedic and Pain Excellence) award.

Gibbs will use the award to provide Sean Mcgarry, M.D., an orthopedic research fellowship to join his efforts to identify tumor stem cells in human and dog bone cancer.
