Phillip Barkley, M.D., received the C. Arthur Sandeen Improving the Quality of Life Award

Phillip Barkley, M.D., director of the Student Health Care Center, received the C. Arthur Sandeen Improving the Quality of Life Award, which honors individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to improving the quality of life for UF students. A committee composed of the student body president, the dean of students and Dr. Sandeen chose Barkley for the award.
