Behrns serving as governor-at large for American College of Surgeons

Kevin Behrns, M.D., chair of the department of surgery, is now serving as a governor-at-large for the American College of Surgeons. Behrns was elected to a two-year term on the organization’s Board of Governors during this fall’s annual member business meeting. In this role he represents the college’s fellows in Florida, serving as a communications link between the fellows and members of the Board of Regents.
