UF College of Veterinary Medicine grand opening of new auditorium

WHAT: The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine will host a grand opening celebration of its new 160-seat auditorium. The auditorium will contain specially designed technology that will enhance educational opportunities for students and faculty. During the event, the college’s dean, Dr. Glen Hoffsis, will demonstrate some of the ways in which the facility will aid in teaching efforts.

WHEN: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2011

WHERE: UF College of Veterinary Medicine, 2015 SW 16th Ave., Gainesville, FL 32608. (Note: Auditorium is located behind the college’s Veterinary Academic Building on the east side of the complex.)
