Authorities Issue All Clear for UF Alert

Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 2:03 p.m. The University Police Department received a threat earlier this morning warning of a bomb on the third floor of Shands at the University of Florida. Authorities responded to Shands at UF, searched for suspicious devices and found none. As always, our first priority is the safety and security of our patients, visitors and staff. All protocols for a situation like this were put in place to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
