UF Health Central Florida opens primary care and multispecialty facility in Mount Dora
LEESBURG, Fla. — University of Florida Health continues to bring exceptional, compassionate care closer to the community with the opening of a new multispecialty and primary care physician office at 18650 U.S. Highway 441, Mount Dora.
The office will house multiple UF Health physicians’ practices and services, including adult and pediatric primary care, colorectal care, general surgery, heart, vascular and thoracic care, and women’s health.
“By bringing primary care together with several specialty practices, the clinicians and staff in this new facility will help us continue to expand our mission to put our patients at the center of everything we do,” said Heather Long, senior vice president and regional president of UF Health’s Central Florida market. “We’re making care more coordinated, convenient and connected. This facility combines advanced expertise with a personalized approach — helping you access seamless care within the broader UF Health network.”
Clinicians at the Mount Dora site include:
- Nurse practitioner, Lyndie Bentley, FNP-BC, provides comprehensive family medicine care focused on prevention, wellness and managing acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. She brings 20 years of extensive clinical knowledge and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to supporting long-term health.
- Samuel Bundz, M.D., FACS, brings decades of combined experience with expertise in minimally invasive and/or robotic techniques for procedures such as gallbladder removal, hernia repair, appendectomies, and surgeries of the small and large bowel. He provides cancer surgery for the breast, colon, skin and abdominal organs, along with care for thyroid and related conditions for patients throughout Marion, Lake and Sumter counties.
- Cesar Reategui-Sanchez, M.D., is double board-certified and fellowship-trained in colorectal surgery and treats common and complex colon, rectum and anal conditions. He uses minimally invasive robotic procedures to reduce pain, limit incision size and support faster recovery.
- Hiep Nguyen, M.D., FACS, medical director of Cardiovascular Services, specializes in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures, including advanced heart and aortic surgeries.
- Adrian Finol, M.D., medical director of Lung Cancer Services, focuses on lung cancer and thoracic care, emphasizing early diagnosis, education and shared decision-making.
- Bela Kudish, M.D., N.S., FACOG, URRS, medical director of Urogynecology Services, provides expert urogynecology care focused on diagnosing and treating pelvic floor conditions, helping patients improve comfort, function and quality of life through personalized treatment options.
- Chand Rohatgi, M.D., medical director of Breast Cancer Services, offers comprehensive breast care services, including prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment, with a strong emphasis on early detection and individualized care.
