Biography

Dr. Ramil Goel is a cardiac electrophysiologist at UF Health, and also serves as an assistant professor within the University of Florida's division of cardiovascular medicine. Dr. Goel attended medical school at All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, where he also completed a non-academic residency in the departments of hematology and cardio-thoracic surgery. He went on to attend State University of New York at Buffalo, where he completed a residency in internal medicine. Continuing his training, Dr. Goel was a cardiovascular diseases fellow at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education. Lastly, his clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship was completed the University of Michigan Hospital and Health Systems.

Dr. Goel is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and echocardiography. He takes a patient-centered approach to care, spending time to tailor therapies that are suited to the individual needs of each patient.
