Diet Quality, quality of life among individuals with chronic kidney disease pre-dialysis


Seeking adults with kidney disease for a pilot study

We are recruiting adults to participate in a pilot study about dietary intake.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • Are male or female 18 years of age and older
  • Have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, but not on dialysis
  • Your participation in any research study is completely voluntary

Per each survey completed, you will receive a $10 Publix gift card.

If you complete the surveys, you will receive a total of $30 in Publix gift cards.
