The Influence of Periodontal Treatment on Gingival Inflammatory Response of the Type II Diabetic Patient


The purpose of this study is to determine whether triclosan containing toothpaste used during the course of periodontal treatment reduces gum imflammation and maintains or improves periodontal status and metabolic control in type II diabetic pateints.
