Platelet-Oriented Inhibition in New TIA and minor ischemic stroke (POINT) trial IRB
The purpose of this study is to examine whether it is better to give one or two blood thinning medications to patients who have just had a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or minor stroke. The two medicines are clopidogrel and aspirin.
