UF Health Rehab Center for Kids at Magnolia Parke is an outpatient clinic that is designed to meet the needs of kids with varying abilities. We provide occupational and physical therapy (through UF Health) and speech therapy services (through the UF Department of Communicative Disorders) in a collaborative environment of clinicians, rehab aides, and clerical staff with expertise in a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses that are referred to our center.
Pediatric rehabilitation is a comprehensive approach through which physical, occupational and speech-language pathologists treat children with special needs. Our therapists work together to ensure maximum progress toward the child’s developmental goals.
UF Health Rehab Center for Kids at Magnolia Parke is a bright, fun environment with a wide variety of sensory integrative and technologically advanced equipment. Our focus of service is on children who are premature through age 21. We also provide consultation and rehabilitative services to developmentally-delayed adults, aimed at community independence.
UF Health Rehab Center for Kids believes in a family-centered treatment approach. As we design therapy goals, the needs of each individual child as well as the family are considered. Each treatment room in our facility is decorated in bright colors and is given a theme to make it a fun place for our patients to play, learn, and grow.
