Infectious Disease is a medical specialty focused on the diagnosis, treatment and management of infectious diseases, also known as communicable diseases, which are easily spread from one person to another.

The Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine’s team fights infectious diseases through comprehensive treatment plans, patient education on preventative techniques and following guidelines for standardized care.
