The UF Health Care Command Center is a centralized, 24/7 access hub for emergent and inpatient care coordination across the UF Health system. We provide one-call access for referring providers, hospitals and EMS teams to coordinate time-sensitive and high-acuity patient needs.

How to find us
The UF Health Care Command Center is located off SW 13th Street across from Lark Gainesville and is part of the UF Health Heart & Vascular Hospital building.

Heading south on SW 13th Street
- Go past SW 12th Avenue. The Heart and Vascular Hospital and Rehab Gym parking garage will be on your right.
- Make a right onto 13th Avenue that runs between the Heart and Vascular Hospital/Rehab Gym parking garage and the Shands Fitness Center/Avant Garde Salon parking garage (13th Avenue is not labeled).
- Go past the entrance to the Heart and Vascular Hospital patient and visitor parking and make an immediate right heading toward the loading dock area.
- Make your first right into the service vehicle parking garage and make another immediate right.
- The UF Health Care Command Center entrance (Room G155) will be located on your left.
Heading north on SW 13th Street
- Turn left on SW 16th Avenue. Make a right on SW 14th Street.
- Turn left at the first stop sign.
- Make a right at the next stop sign heading onto the Circle of Hope.
- From the Circle of Hope, go straight through the next stop sign and head east on 13th Avenue (not labeled) past the Heart and Vascular Hospital toward the parking garages and SW 13th Street.
- Make a left just before the Heart and Vascular Hospital parking garage and head toward the loading dock area.
- Make your first right into the service vehicle parking garage and make another immediate right.
- The UF Health Care Command Center entrance (Room G155) will be located on your left.
From the Heart and Vascular Hospital/Circle of Hope
- From the Circle of Hope proceed to 13th Avenue (not labeled) and drive past the Heart and Vascular Hospital toward the parking garages and SW 13th Street.
- Make a left just before the Heart and Vascular Hospital parking garage and head toward the loading dock area.
- Make your first right into the service vehicle parking garage and make another immediate right.
- The UF Health Care Command Center entrance (Room G155) will be located on your left.
