At the UF Health Pediatric Cardiovascular Center – Prudential Drive in Jacksonville, in collaboration with the UF Health Congenital Heart Center, our team of faculty physicians, nurses and clinical staff provide advanced multidisciplinary heart care to each patient — from infancy through adulthood.
Our range of services includes:
- Screenings to rule out pediatric heart disease
- Prenatal diagnosis and fetal screening of congenital heart disease
- Treatment of congenital heart defect and acquired heart disease in neonates, infants, children and adolescents
- Care for your child’s complex heart condition, including single-ventricle defects, heart failure and connective tissue disorders
- Noninvasive heart imaging, including EKG, echocardiography and Holter monitoring
Patients are seen in Jacksonville for their routine scheduled appointments and most noninvasive imaging procedures. In some cases, a pediatric patient may be sent to UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital in Gainesville for surgical treatment.
