From I-75 take exit 352 to FL-40 E/W Silver Springs Blvd. Continue on FL-40 E/W Silver Springs Blvd until you get to S Pine Ave where you’ll take a right. Turn left on SE 17th St then shortly turn right on SE 24th Rd and the destination is on the left.

There is one entrance to the parking lot in front of the building, and patients and visitors can park in any open space.
