The UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Clinic brings care to your doorstep with two private exam rooms and a welcoming waiting area. Some services require pre-registration, while others are available via walkup. No matter your needs, our dedicated clinical and social health teams are here to prioritize your privacy and provide exceptional, compassionate care—all within the comfort of our state-of-the-art mobile clinic.

- Downtown Dining with Dignity - Sept. 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 92 S Dixie Highway
- Mobile Outreach Clinic - Sept. 1, 15, and 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 400 Health Park Blvd, Parking Lot B
- Patriot Place – Sept. 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
