Starting Your Telehealth Appointment
Ten minutes before your appointment start time, please perform the following:
- Click on the Zoom appointment link you received from your care team.
If you did not receive a Zoom link for your appointment, please call (352) 265-8006.
- Please ensure that your camera, microphone, and speakers are turned on within the Zoom app. If you need assistance with this, please refer to the instructions below for your device:
- Managing a Zoom meeting on an Android device
- Managing a Zoom meeting on an Apple (iOS) device
- Managing a Zoom meeting on a Windows device
- Your care provider will join you shortly.
Occasionally, our care team members may run a few minutes behind. We sincerely appreciate your patience and value your time.
