UF Student Health Care Center - Shands Hospital also offers occupational medicine and workers' compensation services for all UF employees, including the needle stick hotline and pathogen education, treatment of job-related injuries, smoking-cessation programs, pre-placement health assessments and monitoring of chronic medical conditions that could affect or be affected by one’s job.
