Kim Smith's responsibilities include maintaining the calendar for the UF Health chief communications officer, Melanie Ross, the director of News & Publications, the director of Creative Services and the director of Advancement Communications. Updates and maintains the HSC News & Communications Web site, the POST Web site, Animal Airwaves Web site and Health in a Heartbeat Web site. Facilitates all UF travel within division. Maintains the Media On-Call Schedule. Oversees clerical support functions.
