UF Health provides educational and health-focused classes to the public on topics such as Alzheimer’s disease, women’s health, breastfeeding, childbirth, heart attack and stroke prevention, managing arthritis, and smoking cessation.

Childbirth and Newborn Education

The Childbirth and Newborn Education Class is intended to prepare expectant parents for labor, birth, the post-partum period, and caring for the newborn.

Breastfeeding class

Our breastfeeding classes provide important information about the basics of breastfeeding.

Smoking and Tobacco Cessation

UF offers free classes to help you quit tobacco. In-person and virtual group classes available. We also provide nicotine replacement products to help you quit all forms of tobacco.
