Amy Cook is a third-year public relations major at the University of Florida. She was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and moved to Gainesville in 2016 to purse her degree in communications. While Amy prioritizes her studies, she demonstrates her passion for the University of Florida through her campus involvement. She is an Account Supervisor for The Agency UF, where she manages advertising and public relations campaigns for clients in the Gainesville area. Amy gives back to her community through her position as a captain on the public relations team for Dance Marathon. She also serves as president of her sorority Alpha Delta Pi. Amy is thrilled to receive this internship opportunity. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge of the communications and health care industries, developing her skills as a professional, and learning from her colleagues.
