Chelsea Slater joined the UF Health Communications team as a marketing intern in 2016. Chelsea assists the marketing coordinators to provide strategic marketing services to support the missions of UF Health.
Born in Tampa, Chelsea earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Florida. She is currently studying to receive a master's in science and health communication as well as a JD, both from UF.
Chelsea is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
