At the Care One Clinic at UF Health, our experienced team of professionals, which includes doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists and pharmacists, will work with you to address your health care needs. From help with understanding insurance options and assistance in obtaining affordable medications to connecting you with community resources and counseling services, we will help you transform your health.
- Engage in this unique supportive program.
- Transform your health.
- Overcome your barriers to well-being.
One of our most important goals is to connect you with a primary care doctor who can address your long-term needs:
- Acute and chronic illnesses
- Adult counseling
- Medication consults
- Referrals for specialty needs
- Social services
Though we do provide temporary primary care services, we are not a primary care clinic.
In order to receive services, you must have a referral from a UF Health physician and meet specific criteria.
