Established in 1992, our multidisciplinary center treats oral issues caused by autoimmune diseases such as:
- Dry mouth (Dry mouth, or xerostomia)
- Sjögren's Syndrome
- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Systemic Sclerosis (scleroderma)
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
Our team includes dentists and doctors from many specialties. Working together, they develop therapies based on each patient's individual needs.
In addition to clinical care, the Center provides professional and patient educational seminars within the state of Florida, nationally, and internationally.

The UF College of Dentistry dental centers in Gainesville, Hialeah, Naples, St. Petersburg and Wildlight accept a variety of Group Insurance and Medicaid and Managed Care insurance plans. If you have a different dental insurance, payment is required at the time of service.
