About me
Hi, my name is Catherine Partridge, PT, and I am a practicing physical therapist in the UF Health Hand and Upper Extremity Center.
I completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Florida. After going through physical therapy myself for bilateral ACL reconstruction surgeries, I decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. I really enjoyed the relationships I developed with my physical therapists. I also appreciated all they did to invest in me and help me recover to return to sports. In the busy world of medicine, I value the unique opportunity we have as therapists to spend more time with patients and to see their progress over time.
My goal as a physical therapist is to meet patients where they are, sometimes after a debilitating and potentially life-altering injury, and be able to help them recover, improve their function and return to activities they enjoy. My clinical interests include treating patients with flexor tendon injuries, distal radius fractures and traumatic shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries.
Outside of physical therapy, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, paddle-boarding and spending time with my husband and golden retriever.
